Why is it so hard to get a paint brush on neopets?

I keep checking the shop wizard, and not just for a specific one. There are many that I like and would be happy to have, but none of them ever turn up any results on the shop wizard. Is there any other way to get paint brushes on neopets besides through the shop wizard? if not, do you have any suggestions?Why is it so hard to get a paint brush on neopets?
its coz paintbrushes are usually very expensive, and people cant sell stuff worth more than 99,999np in there shops.

its cause people shouldnt play neopets it sucks and they are hoping people will spend hours looking for a paintbrush and then get tired of neopets and quit

I'm suggesting there rare. I used to play neopets ages ago and that was the same problem aswell. Keep trying the shop wizard, I'm sure someone will sell one.
