there are a few ways to get the faerie paint brush...
1. Trading %26amp; Auctions
2. Random event (this is extremely rare but does happen)
3. You can buy one at the Hidden Tower in Faerieland for about 600K maybe even more. (here is a link that shows you where the hidden tower is in case you don't know where it is located:http://www.sunnyneo.com/hiddentower.php)
4. Tombola or Fruit Machine ( extremely rare)
