MS Paint Brush any shareware close to it?

I cant find my XP cd and paintbrush wont load in my computer. My other comp crashed which I always used and this one has a Paint app but it wont load up. Since I dont know where my xp cd is I need to find a program where I can magnify pixels to change colors. Does any one know a good program like it?MS Paint Brush any shareware close to it?
