What is the best brush and roller for flat paint?

I'd like to get it all done in one coat, if possible. I'm using a blue flat over a pea green satin. What is the best brush and roller for flat paint?
It is really going to take 2 coats for it to look good.

I like wooster roller covers for latex paint-a 3/8'; nap will be good for regular walls and a purdy 2'; sash brush to cut in. I realy like the el-cheapo chip brushes too, but they shed when they are brand new.

Cut in tip: Rinse and shake the brush out first (this helps the brush take the paint and makes it easier to wash out later-with soap %26amp; water) When you dip the brush in paint sweep one side of it against the lip of the paint can-keep the loaded side of the paint brush towards the surface you are painting. ie: towards the wall and not the ceiling.
