You need waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than 70,000 neopoints for a baby paintbrush. I bought mine for 3 million. Maybe that was a ripoff...
your best bet would be to continue to play games and get points, because like the last guy said you will need at least 600,000 to but it in auction
