You can't use a paint brush. Only way you can get an Ice Hissi is by zapping it with the lab ray.NEOPETS what color paint brush do I need?
well, the closest you can get is a snow paint brush, but Then there are the Ice Boris of Terror Mountain... they were only available for a short period of time.
You need the secret lab map and some luck.
