Well you can find them in auctions, the trading post and if you start a new account the beginners pack sometimes has paintbrushes in them so if you're lucky it may have a green one and you can transfer your pet through the neopian pound and paint it. You can then transfer back. If you have a LOT of neopoints then you can buy the pieces of the Secret Lab Ray and zap your pet daily until you get it green or something cool that you like.Anyone know where i can find a green paint brush on neopets?
