Where can I get a Tyrannian Paint Brush on Neopets?

I've looked all over Neopets and I can't find one. Don't tell me to search the shop wizard because it's not even on neopets.Where can I get a Tyrannian Paint Brush on Neopets?

The reason you can't find one using the Shop Wizard is that use shops can only sell items for 99,999 NPs or less. To buy more expensive items, you need to use the trading post. Right now, you can buy a Tyrannian Paint Brush from around 125k-145k.

the wheel of med--- something can't remember,but its the wheel that takes like forever to finish spinning.and its really rare landing on it too.but at times people might get the paint brush.look it up.it's a game so its under the luck/chance games section such as wheel of excitement or wheel or knowledge.hope i helped!=]
