Pirate Paintbrushes are worth about 7,000,000 neopoints. I am still trying to make 1,000,000.
You will have a very low chance of getting one because of the price and also the fact people don't know you and wouldn't trust you. For all they know you will get it and sell it.
Get your friend a cheaper gift. She will understand you can't afford it and it's the thought that counts.
