Does anyone know where i can get a baby paint brush on neopets?

I tried the shop wiz but nothing was there.Does anyone know where i can get a baby paint brush on neopets?
Go to faerieland, go into faerie city, and you see the big purple building? To the left of it, click the point made by the the building and the cloud. Clicking there will let you into the hidden tower, were you can buy them for 600,000nps. (but your account needs to be like 3 months old or something).





Either do the whole Hidden tower thing, or look up ';baby paint brush'; (indentical to my phrase) and you might find one for a little less then 600,000, but its pretty doubtful to get it a few thousand less.Does anyone know where i can get a baby paint brush on neopets?
You would have to be lucky enough to find one first, considering that they are very rare, and you want to hope that you have at least 100,000NP to spend, any paintbrush you should find is very rare. Faeries are sometimes known to give them out on VERY rare occasions.
